Coil balance replacement

The window is a Clayton Windows Series 700. There is a "10" on the plastic part. I don't see anything on the coil itself

Hello there. It appears you just need a new coil spring, is that correct? If so, and if your old spring is 1/2" thick, then the S160-10 10 lb spring should work for you. If you need any of the other hardware, we don't carry it in stock, but we'd be happy to bring it in for you. Just let us know.
