Coil balance replacement

Hello! We sell the individual components of this balance system. To be more precise, the hardware we sell is a more modern version of what you show here. See our 15-180 pivot shoe, 15-186 detent clip, 15-182 bushing, and Series 190 coil spring.

I am very confident that these parts can work for your window, even if they look a little different. Also note that you can reuse housing and shoe parts that aren't broken.

If there is no stamp on your old spring then you will need to go by sash weight. 5 pounds is very, very light in your case, though, and all of the springs we have would be way too strong. Can you confirm that for me?
