Coil balance replacement

Question

Dear Swisco Personnel,

I am in need of replacing two parts for a casement window. See attached photo.

Window description: The lower window slides up and down and tilts. The upper window is stationary.

The part has two coils springs - one silver, with the number 6 or 9 stamped on it, and the other copper, with the number 8 stamped on it.

I can provide other pictures if necessary.

Hey, Kelly. This balance shoe looks a lot like our 15-180. Do you agree? If so, you might be interested in our Series 190 coil spring. You should be able to re-use the rest of the hardware, but in case you need anything replaced you can see everything that goes with this system under the Related Item(s) section on the 15-180's product page.
