Coil balance replacement

Hi,
I'm looking for a replacement for the coil balance in the photo. It doesn't have any markings on it that I can see. It is 1/2 inch wide and the window itself (the half that moves up) is 17 1/2 inches tall. Hopefully, that'll give you an idea of the length of the coil. There are two identical asembleis (the parts shown in the photo), one on each side of the window. As you can see the coil snapped so it's in two pieces now.
I hope you are able to point me to a replacement part that I can order online.

Hi Andrew, thank you for posting,

Your window uses an older version of the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Please compare the dimensions below to confirm a good fit!

The original coil springs should be marked with a number that indicates the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, we will need to know the weight of window sash to move forward. Thank you!
