Coil balance replacement kits

Question

Hi both sides of my window coil balances have broken, window just slams down now. Need to find out price on replacing both coils,and if they come in kits, I have Viwintech windows but not sure of model #  or sizes. Bought. Them in 2006!

I'm not familiar with that company, so we won't need any model information, luckily.

Can you send a photo of the coil assembly? There's usually a "shoe" below the coil that has a turning center. We want to see that, plus the rest of the hardware in the set. The parts are sold separately, so it's important to ID each one.
