Coil balance replacement parts

A home owner from USA says:

My single hung window (approx 40w x 66h) will not stay open and coil balances and one pivot shoe (broken) need replacing. Each side has two coils one numbered 6 and one 7. See attached photos. Do you have these parts? The left side has 2 coils at top and a coil further down...is this correct installation? Thanks for your help. Gene

Thanks for posting. We believe you have 1/2" wide coil springs with a locking "T" like our Series 160. You will see a square cut out on the coil spring ends. When your window requires more than one coil spring like yours, the bottom spring attaches to the pivot shoe and the top coil spring attaches to the lower coil spring in the cut out. Like piggy back. Let me know if this makes sense.
