Coil balance shoe
Thanks for reaching out to us! Your coil balance assembly appears to be an older discontinued CertainTeed Pivot shoe, which is no longer available. The good news is that our 15-192 CertainTeed Pivot shoe should work to to replace it. Keep in mind, you may need to shave down the aligners on the shoe to install it in the window. Take a look at the dimensions to confirm if it may work for you.
These are compatible with the Series 170 coil balances as well as the Series 171. The S171 is stacked on top of the S170 in situations where there is more than one coil on an assembly. To determine the coil springs needed for your assembly, you'll need to look for any stamps/markings on the coil. If there aren't any, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
You should also be aware that your pivot bar may not be compatible with the 15-192 shoe. I'm happy to recommend a replacement for, I'll just need to see a photo of your existing pivot bar.
