Coil balance shoe?

Home Owner from Baltimore, MD
I have a few broken window shoes that I need to replace. I was wondering if you have these in stock or something that would work.  Measurements are included in the photo.
Thank you

Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact pivot shoe, but the 15-191 may be worth considering. This is 1/2" thick and 1-1/4" wide, so it couldn't hurt to double-check your dimensions to be safe.

The 1/2" Series 160 coil springs are sold separately. The video below will go over how to pick the correct spring weight.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the reply. Will 15-191 work without using coil springs? None of the windows in my house use coil springs.

That's very strange. Coil springs must be used with the pivot shoe; otherwise, the window wouldn't be able to stay open.

The picture I supplied shows a working window. It will stay open. I don't see any coil springs unless I am really missing something.

Your window definitely uses some kind of coil spring. It's likely just too obscured by the window track, so you'll need to inspect it to confirm.
