Coil balance shoe combo

Having trouble locating this. Have you seen something like this?

3.25 inches height (not including shoe)
1.25 inches wide
7/8 inches thick
Screw holes 1.5 inches apart

Hello,

It's tough to tell based on a damaged pivot shoe but this looks like our 15-192, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Take a look and see how the specifications compare. Thanks for posting!
