Thanks for posting. This looks like the 15-086 Tandem Housing, which is used with the 15-087 Coil Balance Shoe. This assembly uses our Series 180 Coil Balances. Look for stamp codes on the springs themselves to determine what spring weight you need. If there are none, or you are uncertain, obtain the exact weight of your window sash. Give us that precise weight and we'll work out what you need.

Hello! The only number we see is either a 6 or a 9. But I did weight it at 11 lbs. Thanks!

Most likely then the number is a '6'. You could use a pair of the S180-6 6 lb Coil Springs, on on each side of the sash. This totals 12 lbs of overall support; so long as the spring weights are within a pound of your sash's actual weight, the setup should work for you. Let us know if you have any other questions.
