Hello,

I can't be sure with the pivot shoe still installed but take a look at the 15-219. This may work but you'll need to remove your shoe to see how the width and thickness shown below compares to your part.

As for the coil springs, see the 1/2" thick S150-4 coil springs. We've also related the support parts on this page for you to look over. Thanks for posting!
