i don't know manufacturer. As you can see the channel guide doesn't have cut area for me to remove the hardware - it runs top to bottom. Do I need to cut an exit?
I made a cutout to remove coil and shoe. The window weighs approximately 11lbs.

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-228, as long as the dimensions below match yours, which uses the 3/8" Series 165 or 1/2" Series 160. You will have to measure the width of the coil spring band to confirm the best match. There should also be a stamped weight code. Thanks for posting!
