Coil balance and housing pivot

We replaced our windows in 2001. Attached is the paperwork that I have, I can't find any part numbers. My husband disconnected the coil ends on the bracket and I can't get to the end of it to pull it back up. I would like to order 2 of the (what I believe are)/the coil housing pivot and coil balance. They look like one part in the window. I've attached a photo. Can you help me?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We may be able to help with this project but we will need more information. Can you remove an undamaged pivot shoe from the window and show us a photo? In the meantime, take a look at the videos we've related for you on this page and let us know if they help.

I cannot get the shoe out and don't want to take it apart until I have the new parts. That was the best picture that I could take. I can't find any markings on it. Please advise.

I won't be able to ID your hardware with it still installed in the window. The best and only way for me to help is to see the pivot shoe removed from the window. I know that's not ideal but we can't move forward without it.
