Coil balance and shoe

Hello there. This looks like our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. You can reuse your old housing assembly if it's undamaged; but otherwise, see our 15-181 Double Support Clip and 15-182 Bushings. Let me know if you have further questions. 

This balance assembly usually only uses 1 or 2 coils. Looking at your photos, it looks like 2. I think the smaller coil you show here is just part of the bottom most spring, but snapped off in the middle so that it looks like a separate part. You should double check that to be sure. 

Either way, you only want to order exactly what your window used originally.
