Hello,

Your photos resemble the 15-191 pivot shoe, compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Compare the dimensions to confirm the best fit. The product pages also show a list of related items used with each coil series. Thank you!

Should I order both the Pivot Shoe and the Coil? Is it possible they're just not attached? Let me know if you need better photos.

You would only need to replace the broken parts of your coil balance assembly. It does look like one of your coils is slightly bent, so it may be a good idea to replace them as well but ultimately it is up to you.
