Coil balance and shoe replacement (Traco)

I need help identifying Traco roller tilt constant force balances for this window. Both top & bottom.

I weighed each sash out of the window frame & each sash weighed 21.1 lbs. can u tell me All needed items to put this double hung window back into proper operation.

Your photos show the 15-087 coil spring housing with pivot, and above it is the 15-086 tandem coil spring housing. The coil springs inside are Series 180 coils. For a 21.1 pound sash, the coil springs would be S180-5 and S180-6. You can confirm this by seeing what the spring weight numbers stamped on the old coil springs are.
