Hi! I'm looking for a replacement part for my double hung windows. Somehow the coil balance pivot shoe broke and the window is lopsided. I can't find a model # of the window.

Hello, Elizabeth! This looks like a Certainteed window, which uses our 15-192 shoe. I think you'll find this is a pretty good match for your original pivot shoe. Let me know if you have any questions!
