Thanks for posting! Your housing appears to be part 15-087. Carefully review and compare the dimensions to confirm that it is the correct replacement.
This housing is compatible with the Series 180 coil balance spring. Ours only goes up to 9lbs however, assuming your window weighs 20lbs, the S180-9 should work fine as a replacement. To be sure weight the window, if it is more than 20lbs let me know.
The mounting bracket is part 16-031.
