Coil balancer

Question

Had an oversized hinge tilt cam.  The unit about an inch in width.  If you look closely at the upper sash, you can see the cam is about the size of a quarter.

Thanks for your post! We can very likely provide you with a replacement for this roller. Although, to determine the correct match, I'll need to see a photo of the compatible shoe.

You'll also need to remove the coil springs to look for any stamps/markings that might be on them.
