Hello I need a quote for this coil assembly for a customers. Sash weighs 64 pounds and the mechanism is broken on one side. The coil is not stamped. Thank you for your time, Mike

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hi there,

From your photo, it looks like you'll need our 15-180 pivot shoe and the 15-186 coil spring clip with our 15-182 bushing. The coil spring would be our Series 190

Please take a photo of the side of the coil spring near the screw, which is where the manufacturer stamps the spring weight, so that we can double check the weight that you need. Thank you!

A quick learner from St. Louis area says:
I checked there is no stamp otherwise I would have included that photo and information. Thank you Mike

Casey from SWISCO responded:

In that case, can you double check the weight of the sash? 64 pounds is extraordinarily heavy even for the strongest balances. It looks like you only have one spring per side, so I can't imagine that they can carry 32 pounds each. Please give me the exact weight down to the ounce.
