Coil balancer replacement

Pella vinyl single hung window.
need to replace the coil balancers (9lbs)
im looking for the part number or how to get a replacement

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-251 Single Support and 16-032 Mounting Clip. This setup works with Series 160 Coil Balance springs sold separately. That '9' stamp likely means you can use the S160-09 9 pound spring, but you can weigh the sash to confirm this. See below.
