I believe my windows weighs around 16 pounds. I need help deciding what parts I need to replace these.

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 15-180 pivot shoe. This uses the Series 190 coil springs which are sold separately. Note that you only need to replace what's broken.

We recommend getting the exact weight of the window sash down to the ounce to determine the correct spring weights. Once you do, you will have to divide the sash weight by the number of springs in the window.
