According to the homeowner these are around 15 years old and are replacement windows made by Dove MFG. The coil spring has a 9.0. stamping. Can you guide me on the replacement parts. Complete units if availible.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Bob,
Thank you so much for the help. You confirm what I thought to be the correct parts needed. The client will be so happy they dont need to replace a window. He had a contractor look at it and was told he needed to replace the complete window. I needed to cut the frame like the window in the video and the removal process was a breeze. I will get these ordered along with an extra set so the client has them on hand for the future.. Again Thank you.. I will update once installed.

Very glad to help! That's why we're here--so customers don't end up having to replace the whole window when there was a far more effective solution. Let us know how you make out, or if you have further questions.

Bob,
Everything fit perfectly. Easy to install. Client can now operate the window with one finger up and down, saving them a ton of money. Thank you so much for your help and suggestions for rplacement parts.
