Coil balancers for up and lower sashes

Hey there. This looks like a 15-191 Pivot Shoe. It works with 3/8" thick Series 165 Coil Balance springs, or the 1/2" thick Series 160 springs. You'll have to remove your old system and measure the spring thickness to see what you need. See below.
