Coil balances

I am trying to buy parts for our America?s window we have several hundred of these windows in one building, I need the coil balance and some sash latches, the springs are double they measure 1/2 inch wide by 1 1/8 inch in diameter when coiled up, the travel of the window is 30 inches and there are 2 springs on each side there is a photo attached, let me know if you can help

This pivot shoe looks like our 15-228. If the Coil Balances are 1/2" thick, then you need the Series 160 Coil Balances. Look for stamps on the coils that indicate what spring weight you need. If there are no stamps or you are unsure, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of that window sash. Give us that exact weight and we can work out what you need.
