It's tough to be sure with the pivot shoe still installed but the 15-228 would be a good place to start. Take a look and compare the specifications below to yours.

If it's a match, this pivot shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coils depending on the size of your original springs. Each coil should have a number stamped on the metal that indicates the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to calculate the strength options you'll need. Thank you!
