Coil balances for Jeld Wen double hung tilt window

Question

Need your assistance in finding replacement coil balances for my Jeld Wen Premium double hung tilt window.  Jeld Wen advises they discontinued my windows and no longer carry replacement parts.  The coil balances are mark 6 & 7R and 6 &7L. They are approx.  0.56" thick and 1.25" wide.

Thanks for posting. This is a 15-087 Pivot Shoe and 15-086 Coil Housing. This setup works with Series 180 Coil Balance springs sold separately. For a 7 pound spring, see the S180-07 coil; for the 6 pound spring, see the S180-06 6 pound coil. Let me know if you have further questions.
