Coil balances and shoes

The shoe, in this assembly, is the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. To confirm it is a match for what you have, carefully review and compare the dimensions below.

The compatible coil balance spring is the Series 190 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw. The support anchoring the springs to the window track is the 15-181 Double Support Detent Clip, used along with the 15-182 Balance Bushings.

To determine the correct coil weight option, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the metal. If they do not have them, please see the video tutorial below.
