Hello,
Your photos resemble the 15-228 Pivot Shoe. This shoe works with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. Measure your original spring to determine the correct replacements. Let us know if you need anything else. Thanks for posting!
