Coil identification

Question

The white coil housing has "PAT 5353548" on it.
A previous post stated that 15-086 matches that housing.

I couldn't find any markings on the coils. So I was trying to see what pound the coil balance should be.

My window no longer stays up and a lot of google searches led me to this website.
My left lower coil seems fine, but the coil on the right is easy to unravel. Which makes me think that only the right coil is no longer functional.
No idea if the coils on top are defective either, and if they are what kind of coils they are.

Let me know your thoughts on what parts to get.

Hi Fred. The 15-086 is housing for Series 180 Coil Balances. The pivot shoe that works with this system is the 15-087. There are very similar to some other coil balance shoes that use different springs though, so I highly advise removing the shoe and comparing the dimensions to confirm it matches up. Let me know if anything differs.

The stamps are usually on the springs near their tongues. Alternatively, if you give me the exact weight of the window sash, I can work out the spring weights you need.
