Coil replacement

Hi, I'm looking for the coil for both sashes on my window. Both sides have broken. There is a "7" stamped on the coil and it is about 1/2 inch in width. Can you tell me which replacement coil I need to purchase?

Based on your picture, I recommend our 15-180 pivot shoe. Your spring looks to be in good condition, but if you need them I'd recommend our S190-740.
