Coil replacement hardware

Your pivot bar resembles an older style used by Simonton. To replace the hardware shown in your photos, we recommend following the video below to convert the window to use entirely new hardware. 

We also carry the similar 15-192 Certainteed pivot shoe but it is not an exact replacement for Simonton's version. The 15-192, which uses the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs, would still work for you but past customers reported having to shave down the front to install it in their Simonton window jamb.
