It looks like you have a 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 160 Coil Balances. Those stamp codes might indicate you need the S160-3 3.5 lb spring and the S160-5 5.5 lb spring, but you may want to double-check the weight of your window sash to confirm.
