Coil snapped

Question

Hello, the coil on one side of my window snapped. I don't see any of these on your site, though. The coil doesn't have a hole or any bends like the ones you have listed. The windows are super cheap replacements that were put in by previous owner so they could sell the house so I don't know the brand.

Thanks for posting. I am sure we can help, but can you show us the pivot shoe these coil springs attach to? The identity of the pivot shoe should narrow down the identity of the coil springs needed. We'll do our best to help from there.
