Coil spring ID

Question

The spring looks like the 405 series 171 however the number I see on the spring is 361 It is very hard to read. Help...Thanks

I am afraid we do not offer a spring with a "361" number in either the Series 170 or Series 171 coil spring. Would you be willing to send us a couple of photos of your spring showing the stamp? Can you also tell me the exact weight of the sash, and how many springs are used on each side?
