I was able to remove shoe & attached coils after opening up access. Both coils are marked 3.5. I'll attach pictures of the shoe with coils.

Thanks for posting! Your pivot shoes look a lot like the 15-263 Titan Coil Balance shoes. To determine if there are the correct replacement, look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe.
The compatible coil springs for this shoe are the Series 196 Coils. Since yours are stamped with a #3.5, you'll need the S196-3 coil balance springs. The compatible dual support is part 15-260.
The pivot bar installed in the window looks like it could be the 26-360, which is compatible with the 15-263 pivot shoe. To confirm that this is the right fit for your window, compare the dimensions, especially for the installation hole measurements.
It appears that it may however, to confirm with certainty you'll need to be sure to compare the dimensions. There is also part 18-171 which looks similar but has slightly different measurements.
Look them over and compare them to your existing foam seal to determine if either of these is the replacement you'll need.
