Coil spring balancer

Question

Simonton single hung dual pane installed May 1998 tilt out feature coil spring return is broken on the left side from inside. I need the coil and the shoe.

This looks like our 15-111 Pivot Shoe. This shoe is compatible with either our Series 160 1/2" wide Coil Springs, or our Series 165 3/8" wide Coil Springs. Compare the width of your old coil springs to see which Series matches what you need. Look for stamp codes on the coil springs to determine what spring weights you need; if there are none, or you are uncertain, obtain the exact weight of your window sash, and we'll work out what you need.
