Coil spring balances

Question

I have two double hung windows with the coil springs for balance in them.  The springs have a "D" on them for identification.  What size spring would you suggest is comparable for me to buy?  Thank you for any help you could be in this matter.

To further review, we will need to see pictures of the original coil balance assembly (pivot shoe, coils) to determine which series you have. From there we can narrow down our selection for the best fit. Thank you!
