Coil spring /balances

Question

Windows are Certainteed Bryn Mawr III from approx 2009.  The coil spring unit for the top window need replacement.   Attached photo of part and ID number on the window.  Look to replace both sides if we can determine what part will work. Thanks.

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balance springs sold separately. Let me know if you have any questions about this hardware.
