Coil spring broken on window balance

Hi - I don't see any markings on the hardware, or the windows :-(

From your dimensions, we believe you can use our 15-228 pivot shoe that is 1-1/4" wide by 17/32" thick. It is used with our Series 160 coil spring. There should be a spring weight number stamped on the end of your coil spring. We do not have your exact coil spring cover, but if you need a new one, please see 15-150S. Please let me know if you have any questions!
