Thank you for the photo. Your coil spring resembles our Series 170. Since your stamped number is not compatible with our numbers, we will need for you to weigh your sash and get back to us with that exact weight number. 

Great. You should be able to use 2 of the S170-335 on each side of the window. That would equal up to 20 pounds which should be fine. We don't want to go under your sash weight and we don't want to go very much passed your sash weight. Look the part over and let us know what you think.
