Coil spring or band spring

Coil spring, part that holds the window up. It has broke, both of them broke

We should be able to assist with a replacement option, but to further review, we will need to see the pivot shoe that the coil spring attaches to along with the pivot bar on the bottom of the window sash. With the sash removed, you should be able to see both this parts. From there we can determine the best fit for your window. Thank you!
