Coil spring replacement viwintech single hung tilt window right side

Question

Right side coils broke, each coil has its own covers. Window is 33hx38w

The top coil cover has 11 on it the bottom cover has 8 on it

The coils are slightly bent on the bottom to fit into the shoe.

The window is a viwintech single hung tilt window.

I bought the home 6 months ago and have no paperwork. I've called several window places and they only sell new windows, so I'm trying to fix myself I have the bottom tilt window out and removed broken coils.

I'm 70 yr old female and have never repaired a window so any assistance is appreciated.

We sell a ton of different coil balance components, so there's a good chance we can sell you the hardware you need, no paperwork needed. Unfortunately I will need some reference to work off of, at least. Viwintech is not a brand I've ever heard of so at this stage I don't know what you have.

The best place to start is with photos to identify hardware. That will cut right to the chase and will usually tell us everything we need to know at a glance. If not, it will at least give me an idea of what else to ask for.

I will need a clear photo of both the spring and the pivot shoe it attaches to. Knowing the width and thickness of the pivot shoe would also help narrow down the list of possibilities. Lastly, there will be a number stamped on the band of the coil assembly. You'll need that before you buy anything, so it's a good idea to get it now for when the time comes.
