Coil springs N5 30

Question

Was able to finally disassemble window to find two broken springs. No wonder it was so hard to open. The only markings on the spring are N5 30. Do you make replacement springs for this? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to say we would not be able to supply you with a replacement for your existing coil balance assembly. Unfortunately, the assemblies we do carry in our inventory would not work as suitable alternatives for your application.
