Sure! That looks like our 15-103 quad carrier, which is designed to use the Series 145 coil spring. Look these two products over and let me know if you have any questions.

The 15-103 quad carrier looks like a good match. The coil spring however I'm not sure on the pounds for the coil spring.

There should be a stamp printed on your old springs that tells you which one to go with.
