Coil window balance for American craftsman windows

Question

I have 4 coil balancers that went bad I want to make sure I have the right parts.  Looks like it's stamped 7 on it.   It is 2 7/16 tall 1 3/16 wide and 1/2 thick

Please review the dimensions of the 15-087 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs. Based on the (7) marking, see the S180-07 coil spring. Together with the other side, the sash should weigh 14 pounds. Also compare the related brackets on the page if a new one is needed.
