Coil window pivot shoe and balance

A quick learner from Kentucky says:
Hi I am trying to replace the pictured part. It has a coil on top and a shoe at that bottom. I think it is all one part. It holds a heavy double hung tilt window up. There was only one coil when I removed. Can you help identify and suggest a replacement part?

Hello there,

It looks like you'll need our 15-087 housing pivot. The top broken coil spring in our 15-086 tandem nylon housing is our Series 180. We will need the spring weight number stamped on the spring to determine the coil strength that you need. Let us know if you have any questions. Thank you!
