Photos are the left window jamb. The right jamb shattered.

Can you identify the manufacturer from the tag?

We'd be happy to help and we very well may carry replacement parts for your coil balance but we will need to see your hardware removed from the window to compare to ours. Thank you!

I hope that the photos below are acceptable.
This is for a seasonal camp that we have. I did not remove the pivot lock shoe but there is a photo.

Hello,

You'll need to remove the pivot shoe entirely to confirm that the width and thickness are the same but take a look at our 15-111 shoe. As for the coils, you need either the S160, 1/2" thick, coil balances or the S165, 3/8" thick, coils. I would recommend measuring the thickness of your old springs to confirm the correct replacements for your window. Thank you!
