Coils balancers,stops.

Question

New window did not come with balancers coil style I am assuming and stops  missing help! Builder not cooperating Thanks! Sent photo that was on window

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't help if the window balances are missing. It just isn't possible for us to narrow down your options without seeing the original hardware the window was designed to use. If there's an identical window in the house with the same brand then we may be able to use that as a reference.
