I need the whole set up to repair my sash.
This is a 2005 patriot window, 3500 series

Hello,

Your photos resemble the 15-180 balance shoe, which is compatible with the S190 coil springs. Take a look at the product's specifications and compare them to undamaged parts removed from the window to confirm.

As for the tilt latch in your last photo, take a look and compare the 26-243 and 26-244 to undamaged versions of your part. Thanks for posting!
